Carbon fiber composite geogrid with electric heating function
The invention provides a carbon fiber composite geogrid with an electric heating function and a pavement laying method, relates to a geotechnical synthetic material and aims at solving the problem that snow and ice on the pavement are not prone to thaw. The carbon fiber composite geogrid comprises warp threads and weft threads, wherein the warp threads are glass fibers or basalt fibers; the weft threads contain electric heating elements; the electric heating elements are carbon fibers; terminals are reserved at uniform intervals in the length direction of the edge of the grid; the weft threads of the terminals are fixedly connected with a lead by use of copper piece joints; the terminals are all located on the same side of the grid. The carbon fiber composite geogrid has relatively high tensile strength and relatively low ductility in addition to the functional characteristic of electric heating effect, and can be applied to a pavement layer to reduce flexure, reduce ruts, retard the crack appearing time and reduce the structural thickness. In addition, if being applied to concrete, the carbon fiber composite geogrid is capable of enhancing the buckling resistance of the concrete, and therefore, the anti-fatigue life of the pavement can be prolonged.
