The isolation pier casing and the isolation pier inner core are separable; when the isolation pier casing is damaged, only the casing needs to be replaced; when the isolation pier inner core is damaged, only the inner core needs to be replaced; therefore, overall replacement is not needed, and severe waste is avoided.
