The invention provides a shock isolation pier of a CSIPs-concrete structure, which comprises a supporting base, a pier body is arranged on the supporting base, a shock insulation assembly is arrangedon the upper portion of the pier body, an annular groove is formed in the upper end face of the pier body, and a center supporting block and a shock absorption unit are arranged in the center of the upper end face of the pier body. The upper end of the shock absorption unit is of a spiral surface structure, and the shock absorption unit is composed of a lower base layer, a middle elastic layer andan upper supporting layer. A torsion block is arranged on the spiral face of the shock absorption unit, a first damping part is arranged on the outer side wall of the shock absorption unit, a seconddamping part is arranged on the center supporting block, a spherical concave face is formed in the upper end of the center supporting block, the pier column is located above the supporting base, and aspherical convex face is arranged in the center of the lower end face of the pier column. According to the shock absorption pier column, the shock absorption effect in the vertical direction and thecircumferential direction can be achieved, and meanwhile resetting can be achieved for slight shock.
