The invention relates to a drainage wall fixing device, in particular to a drainage wall fixing base for drainage of city water flow. The drainage wall fixing base comprises a fixing base body, a screw rod is arranged on the fixing base body, the back side of the fixing base body is connected with a river bank, the river bank is provided with a concave installing groove, the fixing base body is arranged in the installing groove of the river bank, and a base cover is arranged on the installing groove of the river bank. During use, the base cover on the river bank is opened when river water rises, a drainage wall is placed into the installing groove formed in the river bank, the screw rod on the portion, installed in the installing groove, of the fixing base body is aligned to a screw hole of a connection base of the drainage wall, finally, the screw rod is tightly screwed, and river water spreading is stopped. When the river water recedes, the drainage wall is detached, the base cover covers the installing groove, and the situation that pedestrians on the river bank fall into the installing groove and consequently danger happens is prevented.
