Method for controlling pile body perpendicularity and pile top elevation during static pressuring pile construction
The invention discloses a method for controlling pile body perpendicularity and pile top elevation during static pressuring pile construction and relates to the technical field of construction. The method aims at the problems of the prior art that during pressuring pile construction, a pile body inclines easily due to the fact that pile body perpendicularity is not controlled, and the influence of human factors on pile top elevation measurement is large. The method comprises the steps of 1, determining a pile position control axis and manufacturing a concrete buttress before pressuring pile construction; 2, marking a pile top elevation control line on the concrete buttress, and marking a pressuring pile depth control line on a pressuring pile machine; 3, erecting two laser level meters, conducting rough leveling and enabling a 90-degree angle to be formed between the horizontal line of each laser level meter and the tangent line of a static tube pile position; 4, conducting precise leveling on the laser level meters, and adjusting the horizontal lines to be flush with the pile top elevation control line; 5, hoisting and straightening the static pressuring tube pile and pressing the pile, correcting the pile body perpendicularity by means of laser cross curves of the laser level meters which are used for controlling pile feeding depth, and stopping pile pressing till the pile pressing depth control line is flush with the pile top elevation control line.
