A method for controlling the perpendicularity of a pile body is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, the pile body (1) is hoisted through a crane (4), and the pile body is aligned with a pile center control point; b, correcting the perpendicularity of the pile body by using a first total station (2); c, correcting the perpendicularity of the pile body by using a second total station (3); d, the first total station and the second total station are used for conducting perpendicularity correction on the pile body at the same time; and e, the pile body is conveyed downwards, the pile top is conveyed to the designed elevation, and the first total station (2) and the second total station (3) are arranged to form 90 degrees relative to the pile body (1). The method for controlling the perpendicularity of the pile body has the advantages that through application of the two total stations, the perpendicularity of the pile body is remarkably guaranteed, deviation of the pile body is effectively reduced, the construction quality of pile foundation engineering is improved, the stability and safety of a pile foundation are enhanced, operation is convenient and fast, and the construction difficulty and cost are reduced.
