The invention discloses a manhole cover blind hole lift comprising at least two back-bolt holes arranged in the upper surface of a manhole cover plate. A blind hole bolt with a threaded hole is anchored in each back-bolt hole. An internal hex fastening screw is connected into the threaded hole of each blind hole bolt. The manhole cover blind hole lift is ingenious in structure and simple to manufacture, little structural damage is caused to a granite manhole cover, and foreign matters are avoided entering a wellhead of a manhole.
