A LIFT MANHOLE ASSEMBLY
According to the present invention, the cover-lifting manhole assembly comprises: a pipe-shaped manhole frame with a supporting bump and an opening respectively formed on the internal side surface and the center; a cover plate supported by the supporting bump to open and close the opening of the manhole frame; a support fixture formed from the bottom of the supporting bump to the internal side surface of the manhole frame; one or more locking levers where a supporting point on one side of the center is supported by the bottom surface of the cover plate to be able to rotate for the ends of both sides to make a seesaw movement; and, a lever control unit where: a manually operated handle used as a lever is exposed and combined with the external side of the cover plate to cause a seesaw movement of the locking lever; the end unit of one side of the locking lever, which sequentially operates by the movement of the manually operated handle, is elevated; the locking lever is rotated to the position of locking or the position of locking release; the end of the other side of the locking lever is accommodated in the locking space at the position of locking and the cover plate is locked on the manhole frame; the end unit of the other side of the locking lever is supported by the top surface of the support fixture at the position of locking release and the cover plate is lifted to the top of the manhole frame.
본 발명에 따른 뚜껑 부양식 맨홀 조립체는 내측면과 중앙에 받침턱과 개구가 각각 형성된 관형의 맨홀틀, 맨홀틀의 개구를 개폐하고 받침턱에 지지되는 뚜껑판, 받침턱의 하부에서 맨홀틀의 내측면에 형성되는 지지대, 양측 단부가 시소운동할 수 있도록 중도 일측의 받침점이 상기 뚜껑판의 저면에 회동가능하도록 지지되는 적어도 하나의 록킹레버, 및 록킹레버의 시소운동을 유발할 수 있도록 지렛대로 사용하는 수동 핸들을 뚜껑판 외측에 노출 결합하고 수동 핸들의 움직임에 의해 연쇄적으로 동작하는 록킹레버의 일측 단부를 승강시킴으로써 록킹레버를 잠금 위치 또는 잠금해제 위치로 회동시키되 잠금 위치에서 록킹레버의 타측 단부가 잠금공간의 내부에 수용되어 뚜껑판을 맨홀틀에 잠금하고 잠금해제 위치에서 록킹레버의 타측 단부가 지지대의 상부면에 지지되면서 뚜껑판을 맨홀틀의 상부로 부양시키는 레버 조작부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

According to the present invention, the cover-lifting manhole assembly comprises: a pipe-shaped manhole frame with a supporting bump and an opening respectively formed on the internal side surface and the center; a cover plate supported by the supporting bump to open and close the opening of the manhole frame; a support fixture formed from the bottom of the supporting bump to the internal side surface of the manhole frame; one or more locking levers where a supporting point on one side of the center is supported by the bottom surface of the cover plate to be able to rotate for the ends of both sides to make a seesaw movement; and, a lever control unit where: a manually operated handle used as a lever is exposed and combined with the external side of the cover plate to cause a seesaw movement of the locking lever; the end unit of one side of the locking lever, which sequentially operates by the movement of the manually operated handle, is elevated; the locking lever is rotated to the position of locking or the position of locking release; the end of the other side of the locking lever is accommodated in the locking space at the position of locking and the cover plate is locked on the manhole frame; the end unit of the other side of the locking lever is supported by the top surface of the support fixture at the position of locking release and the cover plate is lifted to the top of the manhole frame.
본 발명에 따른 뚜껑 부양식 맨홀 조립체는 내측면과 중앙에 받침턱과 개구가 각각 형성된 관형의 맨홀틀, 맨홀틀의 개구를 개폐하고 받침턱에 지지되는 뚜껑판, 받침턱의 하부에서 맨홀틀의 내측면에 형성되는 지지대, 양측 단부가 시소운동할 수 있도록 중도 일측의 받침점이 상기 뚜껑판의 저면에 회동가능하도록 지지되는 적어도 하나의 록킹레버, 및 록킹레버의 시소운동을 유발할 수 있도록 지렛대로 사용하는 수동 핸들을 뚜껑판 외측에 노출 결합하고 수동 핸들의 움직임에 의해 연쇄적으로 동작하는 록킹레버의 일측 단부를 승강시킴으로써 록킹레버를 잠금 위치 또는 잠금해제 위치로 회동시키되 잠금 위치에서 록킹레버의 타측 단부가 잠금공간의 내부에 수용되어 뚜껑판을 맨홀틀에 잠금하고 잠금해제 위치에서 록킹레버의 타측 단부가 지지대의 상부면에 지지되면서 뚜껑판을 맨홀틀의 상부로 부양시키는 레버 조작부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
