The invention discloses a double-face prefabricated superimposed plate which comprises a prefabricated ribbed baseplate. Baseplate rebars are longitudinally and transversely arranged on the prefabricated ribbed baseplate respectively, reserved tie bars are arranged on the prefabricated ribbed baseplate along the vertical direction, multiple groups of plate ribs are transversely arranged on the prefabricated ribbed baseplate at intervals, multiple groups of rib portion reserved holes used for post-pouring concrete are formed parallelly in transverse plate ribs at intervals, a prefabricated ribbed top plate is arranged above the prefabricated ribbed baseplate, top plate rebars are longitudinally and transversely arranged on the prefabricated ribbed top plate, reserved tie bars are arranged on the prefabricated ribbed top plate along the vertical direction, multiple groups of plate ribs are transversely arranged on the prefabricated ribbed top plate at intervals, and concrete pouring holes or grout overflowing holes are reserved in the prefabricated ribbed top plate. Only the prefabricated ribbed baseplate and the prefabricated ribbed top plate need to be transported, so that the double-face prefabricated superimposed plate is convenient and quick to transport and mount, needless of formwork erection, high in crack resistance and integrity, high in construction efficiency and conducive to on-site cleanness maintaining.
