The invention provides a fireproof and thermal-insulation decorative board. The fireproof and thermal-insulation decorative board comprises a core material layer and a panel layer/panel layers on one side/two sides of the core material layer. The core material layer comprises globular monomer polystyrene particles and nano silicide, wherein the positions between the monomer polystyrene particles are filled with the nano silicide. The panel layer/panel layers is/are a metal plate/metal plates. The fireproof and thermal-insulation decorative board is prominent in thermal-insulation performance and meanwhile has the advantages of high strength, fireproofness, durability, chemical pollution resistance and the like of a metal laminboard; besides, the fireproof and thermal-insulation decorative board is low in price, thereby being a building material having good market prospects.
