The invention relates to an antifouling coiled material floor with the inflaming retarding function. The antifouling coiled material floor sequentially comprises a UV processing layer, PVC wear-resisting layer, a PVC reinforcing layer, a fiber reinforcing layer and a foaming buffer layer from top to bottom and is characterized in that a fire retardant and an antifouling agent are added into the UV processing layer. The antifouling coiled material floor has the advantages that the fire retardant and the antifouling agent are added into the UV processing layer, and therefore when the coiled material floor is laid and used indoors, a certain inflaming retarding and smell removal function can be generated.
