The invention discloses a dampproof inflaming retarding acoustic board. The dampproof inflaming retarding acoustic board mainly comprises a main board, acoustic absorption holes and a dampproof inflaming retarding layer. The acoustic absorption holes are located in the main board and evenly distributed and play a role in acoustic absorption and elimination. The dampproof inflaming retarding layer includes a 911 polyurethane waterproof coating and a diatom ooze layer, the exposed side of the main board is evenly coated with the 911 polyurethane waterproof coating and the diatom ooze layer, and a dampproof inflaming retarding effect is achieved. The dampproof inflaming retarding acoustic board can effectively absorb sound and prevent sound from being transmitted to outside when installed in a room; on this basis, the dampproof layer and the inflaming retarding layer are additionally arranged, the fire risks are reduced, corrosion of the board is prevented, and the service life is prolonged.
