Concrete heat preservation steel formwork component and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides a concrete heat preservation steel formwork component and a manufacturing method of the concrete heat preservation steel formwork component, and relates to the field of formwork engineering. The concrete heat preservation steel formwork component can be used for the supporting and heat preserving work of large concrete buildings such as shearing walls, retaining walls, piers and the like which are exposed in external environments during winter construction. The steel formwork component is composed of an inner layer face plate, an outer layer face plate, a formwork frame, a formwork inner frame, a heat preservation plate, connection screws, connection nuts and a cushion plate. A plurality of formworks can be spliced with one another and erected into the required shape. A layer of construction heat preservation materials are additionally arranged between two layers of concrete steel formworks so that the steel formworks can have the heat preservation and thermal insulation functions, the setting and hardening of concrete are prevented from negative influences when the temperature is too low. The inner layer formwork and the outer layer formwork are connected through bolts, detachment is convenient, the middle heat preservation material can be replaced in time, and it is ensured that the heat preservation and thermal insulation capacity of the formworks can not be weakened when materials age.
