The shear wall comprises a dry hanging stone facing plate, a first cement mortar surface layer, a first steel formwork net, a heat preservation layer, a cast-in-place concrete layer, a second steel formwork net and a second cement mortar surface layer which are connected through connecting pieces; and the dry hanging stone facing plate is fixed to the first steel formwork net through a keel assembly. The steel formwork nets can be used as formworks to replace wood or aluminum formworks, formwork removal is not needed, the formwork removal and hoisting turnover construction period is shortened, the labor force is saved, the labor cost is saved, the construction period is shortened, the working efficiency and industrialization degree of a cast-in-place part of a construction site are improved, and the industrialization process of building construction is promoted. While the stress performance is guaranteed, facing, heat preservation, structural wall body and mechanical and electrical integration can be achieved, and the shear wall is suitable for a traditional cast-in-place shear wall system and an assembled integral shear wall building system.
