The invention discloses an integrated inverted construction device and method for a steel structure between multilayer concrete bent frame columns and belongs to the technical field of building construction. Each layer of the concrete bent frame columns is provided with embedded parts. The embedded parts on the top-layer concrete bent frame columns are fixedly connected with top-layer steel structure pieces in a welded mode. A plurality of lifting devices are arranged on the op-layer steel structure pieces. The interior of each hanging plate is of a cuboid structure with one open end. The hanging plates are used for being clamped on the outer portions of the corresponding top-layer steel structure pieces. An opening of the lower end of each hanging plate is sealed through an anti-drop baffle. The two joints between each hanging plate and the corresponding anti-drop baffle are fixed through a plug pin and a bolt respectively. The lower end of each electric chain block is connected with a steel structure piece to be hoisted. All the lifting devices are electrically connected with a synchronous control cabinet through electric chain block power lines. According to the integrated inverted construction device and method, the inverted construction principle is utilized, construction is conducted from the top layer to the bottom layer by layer, the labor intensity of workers is lowered, the mounting space is saved, and the steel structure between the multilayer concrete bent frame columns can be mounted quickly, efficiently and safely.
