The invention discloses a lock cylinder with a slipping mechanism. The lock cylinder comprises a rotating disc, a rotating shaft and axial positioning hardware. The longitudinal section of the rotating disc is in a T shape, the middle of the face of the rotating disc protrudes downwards to form a column body, the lower end face of the column body of the rotating disc is provided with a torque transmitting structure meshed with the rotating shaft through the end face, an installing hole having the center positioning function is formed in the center of the rotating disc, the upper end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the installing hole of the rotating disc, and the end of the rotating shaft is axially positioned through the hardware; a spring is additionally installed at the upper end of the rotating shaft and located between the axial positioning hardware and the face of the rotating disc, and the displacement of the spring deforming in the vertical direction is at least equal to the displacement, for disengaging from of the lower end face of the column body of the rotating disc, of the rotating shaft. When the lock cylinder is destroyed by large external force, after limiting of a lock bolt limiting mechanism is destroyed by the exerted external acting force, though the rotating shaft can be driven to rotate, the spring deforms to cause slipping of a meshing pair of the rotating shaft and the end face of the rotating disc, and torque cannot be transmitted, the anti-theft capacity of an electric control semi-automatic lock is improved.
