One end of the installing plate is upwards bent to form the connecting plate, and the free end of the connecting plate is bent towards a horizontal plane to form the fixing plate. An upwards-arranged cantilever is arranged at the free end of the fixing plate, and a sleeve in interference fit with the cantilever is arranged on the cantilever. The cantilever is arranged on the fixing plate, the sleeve is in interference fit with the cantilever, the fixing plate, and the connecting plate, the installing plate and the cantilever are formed integrally so that a machining process can be simplified, size adjustment can be achieved by changing the wall thickness of the sleeve, and the hinge can be suitable for door bodies of multiple models of refrigerators. The invention further provides a refrigerator provided with the refrigerator hinge.
