Refrigerator hinge
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerator hinges, and in particular to a novel refrigerator hinge. The refrigerator hinge comprises a hinge head, a hinge base, a movable shaft, a movable shaft sleeve, a fixed shaft, a rocker, a spring, an upper spring base, a lower spring base and a supporting base. An interference fit assembly is composed of the rocker, the lower spring base and the supporting base, and in other words, when hinge assembling is finished, prefabricated damping force is formed between the rocker and the lower spring base; and when a door body is opened or closed, sliding friction force is produced on the contact face of the rocker and the lower spring base, the sliding friction force can effectively balance elasticity of the spring, reduce the door body sudden accelerated rotation caused by the sudden change of the elasticity of the spring and reduce the door body impact force, and the service life of the hinge and the door body is prolonged. When the door body is stopped in a suspended manner, the static friction force is generated on the contact face of the rocker and the lower spring base, and due to the fact that the static friction force can be changed along with the pressure of the door body and the like, the suspended stopping angle range of the door body can be effectively enlarged, and therefore the refrigerator hinge can be suitable for various door body structures.
