The invention discloses water seepage-preventive cement, belonging to the technical field of cement preparation. The water seepage-preventive cement comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-70 parts of silicate cement, 30-40 parts of pulverized fuel ash with the particle size of 0.5mu m-1mu m, 5-8 parts of rosin with the particle size of 45mu m-50mu m, 1-5 parts of glass fiber with the particle size of 45mu m-50mu m, 5-10 parts of plaster, 2-3 parts of calcium hydroxide, and 1-2 parts of alum. The water seepage-preventive cement is prepared by comprising the following steps: firstly respectively crushing calcium hydroxide, alum and plaster according to the weight parts, and then evenly mixing the silicate cement, pulverized fuel ash, rosin and glass fibers. The water seepage-preventive cement provided by the invention has the advantages that the water seepage prevention performance is good and the production cost is low.
