The invention discloses a preparation method of inorganically-coated modified micro-expanded closed-cell perlite aerated concrete. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting perlite ore, and carrying out direct contact flash-burning and expansion with a flame, mixing and grinding clay, fly ashes, CaCO3 and Fe2O3 into powder, mixing with micro-expanded closed-cell perlite and calcining to obtain modified micro-expanded closed-cell perlite; mixing with quicklime, gypsum and fly ashes, adding water and stirring to prepare cement slurry; mixing the cement slurry with cement to obtain slurry foam concrete; pouring the slurry foam concrete into a mold, maintaining in a hot chamber, pre-steaming with steam and feeding into a still kettle, so as to obtain the inorganically coated modified micro-expanded closed-cell perlite aerated concrete. Through the addition of the modified perlite, the water-to-feed ratio of the slurry in an aerated concrete system is reduced; the pore structure and distribution are optimized; aerated concrete products with relatively low apparent density and relatively good thermal insulation property can be obtained; and the drying shrinkage performance is significantly improved.
