The invention provides a damping spring basin type support seat, which comprises a top plate, a steel basin, a spherical crown steel plate, a spherical crown rotating block, a sliding plate and a vibration reduction support plate, wherein the top surface of the spherical crown steel plate is connected with the bottom surface center part of the top plate, the bottom surface of the spherical crown steel plate is a spherical surface, the center part of the spherical crown steel plate is provided with a cylindrical groove, the spherical crown rotating block is contained in the groove, the middle part of the bottom surface of the spherical crown rotating block is provided with a downwards projected circular lug boss, and the positioning matching with the top of a steel spring is realized; the lower side of the spherical crown steel plate is supported by the sliding plate, the lower side of the sliding plate is supported by the vibration reduction support plate, and the sliding plate and the vibration plate are put into the steel basin. The support seat has the advantages that a rubber and steel spring damping composite structure is adopted, the vibration and impact load of the upper part structure of a bridge can be better isolated and absorbed, the impact of the energy in natural disasters on the upper part structure of the bridge can also be isolated and absorbed, and a stable support platform is provided for the complicated deformation and displacement of the upper part structure of the bridge.
