Pressure grouting replacement method of bridge support
The invention provides a pressure grouting replacement method of a bridge support. After a bridge superstructure beam body is supported by use of a support device, an original support and a padstone are detached; a steel cylinder body capable of telescoping up and down and a new support are superposed at the upper layer of a bridge pier top or a cover beam at the position of the original support; grouting under pressure is performed in the cylinder body according to preset pressure intensity or pressure; the new support is lift up to support the bridge superstructure beam body and bear the pressure, and after materials in the cylinder body are solidified and achieve expected intensity, the support device is detached, so that support replacement is finished. According to the method, in a support replacement process, the bridge superstructure beam body is not lift up or the elevation of the bridge superstructure beam body fluctuates slightly within an allowable range, and the defect that the bridge superstructure is damaged since the beam body needs to be lift up in an existing method of lifting up the supports one by one to replace the supports can be effectively avoided.
