The invention discloses a large steel bridge support grouting material and a grouting method thereof, and relates to the field of support grouting materials, the large steel bridge support grouting material comprises the following raw materials by weight: 95-105 parts of a cementing material, 95-105 parts of graded river sand, 0.2-0.3 part of a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, 0.04-0.06 part of a plastic expanding agent, 0.06-0.10 part of a powder defoaming agent, 1-2 parts of a viscosity reducer, and 0.02-0.06 part of a stabilizer; grouting material dry powder is prepared from the raw materials; the cementing material is prepared from PII52.5 cement, silica fume, superfine mineral powder and an expanding agent according to the following proportion: the ratio of the PII52.5 cement to the silica fume to the superfine mineral powder to the expanding agent is 75: (6 to 10): (6 to 12): (7 to 12). Therefore, the problem that high-quality installation of the support cannot be completed through a traditional bridge support grouting material and a conventional pouring process is solved, the grouting material has excellent performance, and the dense and flat support padstone without surface blistering and cracking can be obtained through the pouring process.
