Self-heat preservation building block and manufacture method thereof
The invention relates to a self-heat preservation building block and a manufacture method thereof. The self-heat preservation building block comprises a building block structure body, wherein the outer surface of the building block structure body is provided with a heat preservation layer (5). The self-heat preservation building block is characterized in that the outer side of the heat preservation layer (5) is connected with a protective wall (1) by a layer of meshed reinforced grids (2); and the meshed reinforced grids (2) and the protective wall (1) are of an integrated structure. The self-heat preservation building block and the manufacture method have the advantages that the protective wall is light in weight, thin, high in strength, good in decorative effect and accurate in thickness of the thin protective wall and provide a reliable product for using the self-insulation building block to construct a self-decoration and self-heat preservation dry wall; and by occlusion bodies, the potential quality hazards of separation and dropping of the protective wall and a decorative layer are avoided and the safety and the reliability of products are ensured.
