The construction method can solve the problems existing when self-heat-preservation building blocks are piled up for the building column body at present. When existing supporting equipment for piling up the self-heat-preservation building blocks for the building column body supports the column body, synchronous rising is difficult to conduct in real time according to continuous rising of the column body, and the supporting equipment further needs to be manually heightened; however, as the height of the column body is higher and higher, the labor intensity of workers is higher and higher due to heightening of the supporting equipment, and the risk is also higher and higher; and the building blocks which are just piled up need to be supported in time, the existing supporting equipment is also difficult to meet the requirement, and thus the construction efficiency of the building column body can be reduced.
