The invention provides a gypsum plaster board, which comprises a gypsum plaster board body and a putty layer, wherein the putty layer is adhered to the front side of the gypsum plaster board body. The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the gypsum plaster board. The gypsum plaster board has the advantages that the putty layer is sprayed to the front side of the gypsum plaster board body by a mechanical method, so the gypsum plaster board with the putty layer is formed, the manual scraping of the putty layer at site is avoided, and the working efficiency is improved; the conditions of non-uniform thickness of the putty layer and uneven quality in the traditional process are avoided; the procedure of grinding the putty layer is reduced by the mechanical production, and the quality of the working environment of a worker is improved; the cost is saved.
