The invention discloses a sound absorption and shock absorption floor containing sound absorption and shock absorption particles in a bottom layer. The floor comprises a sound absorption and shock absorption layer, wherein the sound absorption and shock absorption layer comprises materials of paste resins, sound absorption and shock absorption particles, plasticizers and stabilizers. The mass ratio of the paste resins to the sound absorption and shock absorption particles is 100: 10-100: 200; the mass ratio of the paste resins to the plasticizers is 100: 60-100: 180; and the mass ratio of the paste resins to the stabilizers is 100: 1-100: 10. The paste resins enable the floor to have a certain viscosity and to be firmly laid on the ground without needing glue; and the sound absorption and shock absorption particles enable the floor to have such performances as sound absorption and shock absorption. In addition, the invention further provides a manufacturing method of the sound absorption and shock absorption floor containing the sound absorption and shock absorption particles in the bottom layer.
