The invention discloses a ventilating structure of an energy-saving house. The ventilating structure comprises a chimney which is arranged in the roof, facing the north surface; the chimney is used for exhausting air from a multi-floor house through a collecting pipe; the collecting pipe is connected with a plurality of exhausting pipes; the lower ends of the plurality of exhausting pipes are correspondingly distributed in each room of the multi-floor house; a smoke outlet of a smoke exhaust ventilator of a kitchen in the multi-layer house is connected with a smoke exhaust pipe; the upper end of the exhaust pipe upwards extends out of the roof; an air blower is arranged in the collecting pipe. The ventilating structure further comprises a ventilating control system; the ventilating control system comprises a plurality of air concentration sensors for detecting concentration of air in each room of the multi-floor house, and a controller for receiving a plurality of air concentration sensors to control the air blower; the input end of the controller is connected with the air concentration sensors; the output end of the controller is connected with an air blower driving circuit which is connected with the air blower. The ventilating structure of the energy-saving house has a good ventilating effect, and the comfort of the rooms is increased.
