Method and structure for newly increasing steel pipe frame on original concrete pipe frame
The invention discloses a method and device for newly increasing a steel pipe frame on an original concrete pipe frame. The method comprises the steps: fixing a pair of symmetrical steel corbels on two concrete columns of the original concrete pipe frame; respectively welding a steel stand column on each of two steel corbels; and welding a steel cross beam for supporting the pipes on the top ends of two steel columns. The method is capable of, through increasing the steel corbels on the current concrete column and using the steel corbels as the support, welding the new pipe frame on the steel corbels so as to transfer the longitudinal force and horizontal force of the newly increased steel pipe frame, and excellently solving the problem that the support point is not found for suspending and installing the new pipe frame while the top of the original concrete pipe frame is paved with the technical material pipes or occupied by other professional material pipes. The method is simple in structure, the construction operability is very strong, and the implementation is easy.
