The construction method comprises the steps that prefabricated parts are machined; mounting the foundation pillars: arranging a mounting cup opening on the base, adjusting the axis of the mounting cup opening to be vertical, performing concrete leveling on the inner bottom surface of the mounting cup opening, hoisting one foundation pillar and adjusting the axis of the foundation pillar to be superposed with the axis of the mounting cup opening, then clamping the foundation pillar in the mounting cup opening by using a wooden wedge, and repeating the operation to mount the other base and the foundation pillar; then, concrete grouting is conducted in the mounting cup opening; connecting columns are installed, wherein the two connecting columns and the two cross beams are combined into a whole; the two jacking columns and the two cross beams are combined into a whole, and then the whole is hoisted so that the bottom ends of the jacking columns can be in butt joint with the top ends of the connecting columns. The problems that in the prior art, a concrete pipe gallery frame is long in construction period and high in overall construction cost are solved.
