The invention discloses an aluminum alloy door and window handle which comprises a handle seat made of an aluminum alloy material and a handle shank arranged on the handle seat. A cavity for a lock cylinder module to be installed is formed in the handle seat, and an abrasion resisting layer made of nylon plastic is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity. The aluminum alloy door and window handle is ingenious and reasonable in structural design. The handle seat is made of the aluminum alloy material, so that the handle is attractive in appearance, high in structural strength, not prone to breakage and good in corrosion resisting capacity, and the service life is greatly prolonged.
