The invention discloses a door and window handle with the adjustable length. The door and window handle comprises a rotating shaft connected with a window spindle and arranged front and back and a transverse rod fixed to the right end of the rotating shaft and facilitating hand pressing. The door and window handle further comprises a lengthened handle which is connected to the upper side of the right end of the transverse rod in a sleeving manner and can be pulled left and right, a thread mechanism is arranged between the lengthened handle and the transverse rod, and when the thread mechanism rotates, the lengthened handle can be driven to move along the transverse rod so as to change the length of a force arm. When the force arm needs to be lengthened, a rotating rod is rotated, a thread rod is matched with a thread hole, outward movement is achieved, the lengthened handle is pulled, and therefore the length of the force arm is increased; and during rotation, labor is saved, convenience is achieved, and the length is adjustable. The outer side of the rotating rod is sleeved with a rubber cap, the hand is prevented from touching the rotating rod, and more comfort is achieved.
