The invention discloses a mechanical interlocking magnetic-drive antitheft lock. A rear lock cylinder is completely disconnected from a connecting body and a front lock cylinder, a connecting hole is formed in the front part of the rear lock cylinder, and a connecting bolt penetration through hole is formed in the rear part of the rear lock cylinder; a magnetic-drive locking device and an attractive locking device are hidden in a lock body and the lock cylinders to lock the rear lock cylinder, and the front lock cylinder is locked by a side locking device and a connecting locking device. Mechanical interlocking, hiding and connecting hiding of the front and rear lock cylinders are integrated, so that a thief cannot simultaneously open the magnetic-drive locking device, the attractive locking device, the side locking device and the connecting locking device and rotate the rear lock cylinder; even though the side locking device and the connecting locking device are violently damaged, only the front lock cylinder can be rotated, and the rear lock cylinder cannot be rotated, so that a complete antitheft effect is achieved.
