The invention discloses an interlocking mechanical magnetic-drive antitheft lock. A rear lock cylinder is completely disconnected from a connecting body and a front lock cylinder, the connecting body is arranged in a concealed hole in the front lock cylinder, a connecting hole is formed in the front part of the rear lock cylinder, and a connecting bolt penetration through hole is formed in the rear part of the rear lock cylinder; a magnetic-drive locking device and an attractive locking device are hidden in a lock body and the lock cylinders to lock the rear lock cylinder, and the front lock cylinder is locked by a side locking device. Mechanical interlocking, hiding and connecting hiding of the front and rear lock cylinders are integrated, so that a thief cannot simultaneously open the magnetic-drive locking device, the attractive locking device and the side locking device and rotate the rear lock cylinder; even though the side locking device is violently damaged, only the front lock cylinder can be rotated, and the rear lock cylinder cannot be rotated, so that a complete antitheft effect is achieved.
