The invention discloses a double-opening U-shaped alarm lock. The double-opening U-shaped alarm lock comprises a U-shaped lock rod and a lock beam; two button slots are formed in the lock beam and are respectively matched with two ends of the U-shaped lock rod by inserting; an inner cavity is horizontally formed in the upper part of one end of the lock beam and is communicated with one button slot; an alarm and a fixing sleeve are mounted in the inner cavity; a through hole is formed in the fixing sleeve and correspondingly communicated with each button slot; the fixing sleeve and the lock beam are matched to wrap the alarm completely; another button slot communicated with the through hole is formed in the inner side of the fixing sleeve; a button is arranged on the alarm sand matched with the another button slot. According to the double-opening U-shaped alarm lock, two ends of the lock rod can be also connected with the lock beam under a locking state, so that the integrity and firmness of the U-shaped lock can be ensured, and as a result, the alarm can be stopped until the lock is opened in an accurate manner, and the antitheft effect is improved; the integrity is improved; after an alarming device is removed, a lock body can be used as a general U-shaped lock.
