The invention belongs to the technical field of superhard material production, and relates to the technical field of CBN (cubic boron nitride) grinding wheel production, in particular to a ceramics titanizing CBN grinding wheel and a preparation method thereof. The working layer of the grinding wheel is prepared from the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 60-75% of titanizing CBN grinding materials, 18-25% of ceramics binding agent, 3-10% of graphite powder, 2-4% of dextrin powder and 2-4% of wetting agent dextrin liquid. The preparation method of the ceramics titanizing CBN grinding wheel comprises the following steps: mixing materials, molding, drying, sintering and the like. The ceramics titanizing CBN grinding wheel has the main improvement points that the titanizing CBN grinding materials are adopted to improve the bonding strength of the binding agent and abrasive particles; since the graphite powder is added, the graphite can be combined with cooling liquid in an air hole in the grinding wheel in the use process of the CBN grinding wheel, grinding chippings can be favorably removed from a processed workpiece and the surface of the grinding wheel, the processed workpiece has good roughness, and a trimming period is substantially improved.
