Compact concrete doped with coal ash and sandy spoil and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses compact concrete doped with coal ash and sandy spoil. The concrete comprises the following raw materials: cement, sandy spoil, coal ash, a water reducing agent and water. The raw material proportioning design method is designed by adopting a compactness principle, and the raw materials comprise the following components by mass per cubic meter: 285-337kg of cement, 1211-1268kg of sandy spoil, 362-379kg of coal ash, 3.5-6.6kg of a water reducing agent and 252-266kg of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially, fully and uniformly mixing the previous component materials according to the ratio, injecting the materials into a prefabricated mold, vibrating on a vibrating table, and covering a plastic film on the molded test piece, demolding after 24 hours, curing in a constant temperature and constant humidity curing box, thereby obtaining the concrete product. The amount of cement is reduced by doping the coal ash, the sandy spoil is reasonably utilized, and transfer of the sandy spoil and other adverse effects in waterway regulation are reduced.
