Ore powder and sandy waste soil-doped compactness concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an ore powder and sandy waste soil-doped compactness concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following raw materials: cement, sandy waste soil, ore powder, a water reducer and water. A raw material mix ratio design method employs a compactness principle for designing, each cubic meter of concrete comprises the following components by content: 423-561kg cement, 1192-1353kg sandy waste soil, 226-257kg ore powder, 5.9-7.4kg water reducer and 272-299kg water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: fully and uniformly mixing the materials according to the ratio in order, injecting into a prefabricated die, placing on a vibrating table for vibration compaction, covering a plastic film on a moulded test piece, demoulding after 24 hours, and placing in a constant-temperature constant-humidity maintenance case for maintenance to obtain the concrete products. The compactness concrete uses sandy waste soil in a reasonable mode, transshipment and rolling of the waste soil in channel improvement is reduced, and unfavorable influence on environment is reduced.
