Method for producing aerated concrete blocks with recycled micropowder
The invention discloses a method for producing aerated concrete blocks with recycled micropowder. The method comprises the following steps: (a) selecting materials; (b) weighing the materials; (c) mixing; (d) feeding aluminum powder; (e) assembling and stripping; and (f) cutting and curing. According to the method, recycled fine aggregates are used for producing aerated concrete blocks, not only the application fields of the recycled fine aggregates is widened and the source conversion rate is improved, but also the recycled fine aggregates can replace a part of natural materials, the cost is reduced, and the environment is protected; through the novel design of the mix proportion of the materials, production of compliant recycled micropowder aerated concrete blocks is achieved through the non-autoclaved natural curing method, not only are the production cost and the production energy consumption reduced, but also the method disclosed by the invention is beneficial for improving the source conversion rate of building wastes and widening the application of the technology.
