Method for producing aerated concrete blocks by iron tailings
The invention discloses method for producing aerated concrete blocks by iron tailings. Iron tailings produced in the mine selection process are used as raw materials; 20% of silica sand, 10% of cement, 17% of quick lime, 3% of gypsum, water and 500 g/m<3> of aluminium powder paste are added to 50% of iron tailings, wherein the ratio of water to material is 0.6. According to the method for producing aerated concrete blocks by iron tailings, the raw material ratio optimal for production of aerated concrete blocks by iron tailings is provided, moreover, the cycle time and technological process for production of aerated concrete blocks by iron tailings are also provided. With the adoption of the method for producing aerated concrete blocks by iron tailings, the iron tailings produced in mine selection process are effectively utilized, an environment-friendly building material is obtained, and the comprehensive utilization of resources is realized.
