The invention discloses a thread processing method for aluminum oxide ceramics, and belongs to the technical field of aluminum oxide ceramics. The thread processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps: performing isostatic pressure pressing on dried aluminum oxide powder, thereby obtaining an aluminum oxide blank to be processed; processing threads on a screw rod, thereby obtaining a blank with threads; continuously sintering the threaded blank for 36-58 hours from the room temperature to 1600 DEG C by using a constant gradient sectional sintering process, and cooling to be the room temperature according to a cooling curve after the sintering is completed, thereby obtaining the threads, wherein the continuous temperature rising process takes 34-52 hours in the continuous sintering process. The shrinkage rate of a sintered line can be controlled to be of a certain value according to demands, so that a threaded product of the aluminum oxide ceramic is uniform in specification and sufficient in precision after being sintered.
