The invention discloses a method for preparing silicon dioxide/aluminum oxide multiphase ceramic fibers by a thread throwing method, and relates to a preparation method of ceramic fibers. The invention aims to solve the problems of high temperature requirement, complex process and harsh equipment requirement in a ceramic fiber preparation method. The method comprises the following steps: adding polyvinyl alcohol into deionized water, dissolving the polyvinyl alcohol to obtain a SiO2/Al2O3 precursor solution, preparing a silicon dioxide/aluminum oxide multiphase ceramic precursor solution, injecting the silicon dioxide/aluminum oxide multiphase ceramic precursor solution into thread throwing equipment, throwing threads, collecting fibers by using a collecting device to obtain single continuous fibers, and performing drying; after drying, taking out the fibers and carrying out high-temperature calcination on the fibers. The Young modulus of the obtained fiber ranges from 100 Gpa to 200 Gpa, the tensile strength ranges from 5 Gpa to 13 Gpa, the diameter ranges from 1 micrometer to 10 micrometers, and the using temperature ranges from 1,400 DEG C to 1,600 DEG C. The method is suitable for preparing the multiphase ceramic fiber.
一种甩丝法制备二氧化硅/氧化铝复相陶瓷纤维的方法,涉及一种陶瓷纤维的制备方法。目的是解决陶瓷纤维制备方法存在温度要求高、工艺复杂和对设备要求苛刻的问题。方法:将聚乙烯醇加入到去离子水中溶解,得到SiO2/Al2O3前驱液,制备二氧化硅/氧化铝复相陶瓷前驱液,将二氧化硅/氧化铝复相陶瓷前驱液注入至甩丝设备,进行甩丝,同时利用收集装置进行纤维的收集得到单根连续纤维,进行干燥,干燥后取出纤维并对纤维进行高温煅烧。本发明所得纤维杨氏模量为100‑200Gpa,抗拉强度为5‑13Gpa,直径为1‑10μm,使用温度为1400℃‑1600℃。本发明适用于制备复相陶瓷纤维。
