The invention discloses a plasticizer for ceramic materials. The plasticizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of powdered coke, 8-10 parts of dimethyl terephthalate, 5-7 parts of aluminum oxide, 3-6 parts of trihexylamine, 4-8 parts of silicon carbide micropowder, 2-4 parts of dodecyl benzene, 3-5 parts of sodium carbonate and 10-12 parts of a polyvinyl alcohol latex solution. The plasticizer is a colourless or faint yellow oily transparent liquid, can be dissolved in an organic solvent, has good compatibility with most industrial resin, can be used for plasticizing a ceramic blank and is good in plasticizing effect, low in volatility and very good in flexibility and electrical property.
