High-temperature-resistant ceramic type bearing core plasticizer
The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant ceramic type bearing core plasticizer. The plasticizer material is prepared from the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 93-97% ofparaffin, 1.5-2% of beewax, 1-3% of polyethylene and 0.5-2% of modified graphene. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing paraffin, beeswax and a polyethylene materialaccording to a certain mass percentage by using a ball mill; heating and melting the uniformly mixed materials into slurry, adding the modified graphene material into the slurry, and stirring at a high speed until the raw materials are fully mixed; and condensing the slurry into blocks to obtain the graphene reinforced plasticizer material. According to the invention, a graphene material with excellent mechanical properties and thermal properties is introduced into a paraffin-based plasticizer material system; the temperature adaptability and the dimensional stability of the paraffin-based plasticizer material are improved, and uniform mixing of graphene in the paraffin-based plasticizer is realized, so that the graphene-reinforced paraffin-based plasticizer material which is good in fluidity, small in green body shrinkage, high in green body temperature adaptability strength, not easy to deform and high in molding rate is obtained.
