The invention provides an anti-skinning castable which comprises magnesium aluminate spinel, calcined flint clay micro powder, silicon carbide powder, cement, silicon nitride powder, a low-temperature binder, a high-temperature binder, a water-reducing agent and anti-explosion fiber. The invention further provides a preparation method of the anti-skinning castable. The preparation method comprises premixing, mixing, drying, sorting and packaging. The anti-skinning castable prepared according to the method has favorable anti-skinning performance and shock resistance at any temperature.
