The anti-skinning castable comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-50% of waste silicon mullite bricks, 10-30% of high-aluminum aggregate, 1-10% of silicon carbide, 10-20% of bauxite, 5-15% of aluminate cement, 4-8% of silica powder, 1-3% of alpha-Al2O3 micro powder, 0.1-0.5% of an additive and 2-5% of an antioxidant. The granularity composition of the waste silicon mullite bricks is as follows: 5-10% of waste silicon mullite bricks with the size of 5-3mm, 10-15% of waste silicon mullite bricks with the size of 3-1mm and 20-30% of waste silicon mullite bricks with the size of 1-0mm. According to the anti-skinning castable prepared from the waste silicon mullite bricks and the preparation process of the anti-skinning castable, the waste silicon mullite bricks are used, and the waste silicon mullite bricks consist of 5-3mm waste silicon mullite bricks, 3-1mm waste silicon mullite bricks and 1-0mm waste silicon mullite bricks, so that a new method for treating the waste silicon mullite bricks is found, and the preparation cost is effectively reduced; and moreover, the anti-skinning performance of the castable is also maintained, the adhesion of raw materials fired in a cement kiln is small, and the skinning frequency can be greatly reduced.
