The invention relates to a preparation method of a carbon fiber composite material with a CVD (chemical vapor deposition) film. The method comprises steps as follows: 1, preparing a preformed blank of a conical C/C composite material with height orientation; 2, performing vacuum impregnation on a reinforcement framework obtained in Step 1 with a benzoxazine resin solution and forming a required shape; 3, performing pressure carbonization on prepreg treated in Step 2 under the protection of nitrogen, performing impregnation with a high-temperature-resistant Econol resin solution for filling of gaps, and then performing CVD; 4, performing graphitization; 5, performing vapor activation on a compact C/C composite product obtained in Step 4, and after activation, cooling the product under the protection of an inert gas to obtain the high-purity C/C composite material with the CVD film. The density of the high-purity C/C composite material with the CVD film is higher than 2.58 g/cm<3>, the tensile strength is higher than 900 MPa, the thermal conductivity is in a range of 450-480 W/(m*K), and the thermal diffusivity is 3.3 cm<2>/s.
