The invention relates to the technical field of carbon materials, and provides a carbon/carbon composite material, a preparation method thereof and a PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) bearing frame. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially carrying out layering and needling on a carbon fiber web to obtain a needled preform, and carrying out first impregnation, mold pressing, first carbonization, second impregnation, second carbonization and graphitization treatment to obtain the carbon/carbon composite material. The obtained carbon/carbon composite material is subjected to fine machining, and the PECVD bearing frame can be obtained. The net tire is adopted as a raw material, the price is relatively low, and the preparation technology is low in cost; compared with a traditional graphite bearing frame and a common carbon/carbon bearing frame in the field, the PECVD bearing frame provided by the invention is lower in volume density, better in mechanical property, capable of adapting to a complicated PECVD process environment, low in replacement frequency and long in service cycle.
本发明涉及碳材料技术领域,提供了一种碳/碳复合材料及其制备方法以及PECVD承载框。本发明将碳纤维网胎依次进行铺层和针刺,得到针刺预制体,再通过第一浸渍、模压、第一碳化、第二浸渍、第二碳化和石墨化处理,得到碳/碳复合材料;所得碳/碳复合材料通过精细机加工,即可得到PECVD承载框。本发明采用网胎为原料,价格相对便宜,属于一种低成本的制备工艺;本发明提供的PECVD承载框和传统石墨承载框以及本领域普通的碳/碳承载框相比,体积密度更低,且力学性能更好,能够适应PECVD复杂的工艺环境,更换频率低,使用周期长。
