The accumulated water on the flyover is not splashed to the pedestrians or cars below the flyover under this circumstance that the car speed on the flyover is faster and the cars at the outside lanes are faster, the traffic accident caused by panic can be avoided as far as possible and the unsafe factors for peoples for going out on rainy days can also be reduced.
