Leakage prevention construction method for precast beam diaphragm plate
The invention relates to a leakage prevention construction method for a precast beam diaphragm plate, and belongs to the technical field of highway engineering construction. The method includes the steps: (1) making steel pipe sleeves, welding the steel pipe sleeves at reinforcing steel bar holes in the outer side of an end formwork, and enabling the centers of the steel pipe sleeves to be as same as those of the reinforcing steel bar holes; (2) inserting embedded reinforcing steel bars into the middles of the steel pipe sleeves; (3) filling plant fiber waste paper or paperboards into the steel pipe sleeves, keeping the reinforcing steel bars at the centers of the steel pipe sleeves, and fully filling in all gaps by the paper materials; (4) casting concrete, bilaterally and vertically loosening the end formwork after the concrete is solidified, and parallelly and externally moving and disassembling the end formwork; (5) removing residual gap filling materials, and chiseling a cast-in-place surface of the concrete. The inner diameter of each steel pipe sleeve is as same as that of the corresponding reinforcing steel bar hole in the end formwork, and the water content of the plant fiber waste paper ranges form 15% to 50%. The method is simple, easy, high in construction efficiency, simple to operate and fine in leakage prevention, waste can be recycled, and environmental protection is facilitated.
